What’s your specialty dish to make with your Thermomix®?
紅燒豬腳 aka Braised Pork Knuckles is my favorite dish to make. Not only is it a simple process, but my family also enjoys it as well making it – all worth it.
What’s your favorite dish to cook for your children?
Homemade Pork Floss is definitely a favorite since storebought containers come with a ton of preservatives. My kids love to enjoy their Pork Floss with Porridge in the morning!
What lesson about fatherhood would you like to share with the Thermomix® community?
Make decisions with your spouse so everyone will be happy!
What’s the best or worst dad joke you’ve ever heard of?
Everything…
What’s your favorite memory with your family in the kitchen?
When we enjoy freshly baked bread as a family right before bed.
How do you balance your personal life and work-life? Any tips for working dads?
I balance my personal and work life by having designated hours where I focus on my business and hours which I do not. My tip would be to focus on the more urgent tasks and not stress too much.
How does running your Thermomix® business give you a flexible schedule?
Running my Thermomix® business allows me to have flexible work hours and more time to spend with my children.

I love cooking Pizza Dough for my children with the Thermomix®!
What’s the best or worst dad joke you’ve ever heard of?
The worst dad joke I have ever heard is when my son pointed to uncooked pasta in a box and told me pasta is good that way! The best dad joke I have ever heard is when people were arguing and saying peas in yogurt are delicious…
What’s your favorite memory with your family in the kitchen?
My favorite memory with my family in the kitchen is punching the pasta dough to make ravioli with my kids!
How do you balance your personal life and work-life? Any tips for working dads?
Stop your workday at 4 pm and if you aren’t finished yet, you can work on it in the kitchen while the Thermomix® is preparing dinner.
